Green Economy and Islam

Introduction The concept of balance is fundamental in both nature and Islamic teachings. The universe operates through harmony and equilibrium, where every element complements another. From the smallest living organisms to the vast systems of nature, balance ensures sustainability and continuity of life. Islam also highlights this balance in human relationships, particularly between husband and wife. In the context of the green economy, spouses have an important role in maintaining environmental sustainability, promoting responsible consumption, and raising environmentally conscious generations. When husbands and wives cooperate with shared values, they can contribute significantly to protecting the environment and creating healthier communities.
